Report a problem

If something is not working as expected, email support@keptby.app and include the iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

In the app, you can also use Me → Report a problem. You choose whether to include diagnostics. Diagnostics are designed to help troubleshoot app behavior without including keepsake photos, card text, sender names, notes, collection names, addresses, or image filenames.
